Wonderful treats! Assorted cupcake pack was great. The milkshake was great as well. The young lady was polite and very helpful. Will visit again.

Definitely a presentation over taste bakery. The cupcakes had very little taste but they were absolutely breathtaking to look at. I can appreciate the work that went in to them, but it's a bakery... I care more about how it taste than it looks. Also hated feeling pressured to buy more. Cupcake plastics have two spots for cakes... Before being rung up the girl said "At Nanas' we don't like our trays to be half full, I can offer you another cupcake half off" no thanks. I don't need you to up sell me in a place full of sugar, especially when I was already buying 3 different products. Get over yourselves.

A very special bakery in a very special town. This bakery specializes in truly custom...but that doesn't mean what you will find daily isn't also exceptional. You have to try the almond croissants - like none other you've ever tasted! I've been driving hundreds of miles for years for special Christmas goodies and rave about them to anyone going to Amelia Island. They are that good!

Owners are super friendly! All the baked items look delicious! I come to Fernandina every other year and NEVER skip this lovely place for their croissants!!!

This is the absolute best bakery that we have ever been to! The staff are extremely nice and it ahows that they really enjoy what they do. My wife loves the stuffed cinnamon rolls and the zombie chocolate chip cookies have set the bar for what every cookie will always be compared to for myself. We can't wait to return.

Everything here was delicious. The bakery itself was adorable and the staff was very friendly. Try the key lime tart and macaroons you won't regret it!

An awesome sweet treat. Lemon cupcake was moist and icing creamy. Caramel cheesecake delicious. Staff friendly. Will go back to try the milkshake.

Great selection of sweets. The associates are very helpful in their inventory and helped us decide what we wanted. The price for a slice of cake is a little higher but they are sooo good. Cute place!

Your desserts are fantastic. We are from Illinois and every time we come to Jacksonville we stop by. And everyone is super nice. The service is great.

They have all kinds of goodies at the bakery. They have macaroons, cupcakes, brownies, cake, cheesecake, cookies and shaved ice. I was pleasantly surprised by all the choices. The frosting seems to be the same base on all the cupcakes only flavored differently. Don't get me wrong it was yummy! I had a Cannoli and a Almond joy cupcake. I will definitely go back. Make sure you join the rewards program for coupons and free food.

This is the BEST bakery in the world. Great people, great quality food, great food presentment. I just found the foodie paradise!!!!

Prepare yourself for the desserts selection, it is going to blow your mind. Our cake and cheesecake were excellent. We'll be visiting again to try something new!

Seriously the best cake I've ever had! Orange cream cake tasted like an orangecicle. Cheese cake was rich. Cupcakes stuffed with heaven. I need to be rolled out after this amazing dessert.

Ordered a fruit tart and it was AMAZING! She custom made a large one and it was truly special for us. We couldn’t resist getting a few Macarons because they were so beautiful and they were even more delicious than they looked! Best bakery around!!!

I could have ordered 1 of everything but restrained myself. I ordered a chocolate s'mores cookie with marshmallow and chocolate on top and a Kouign Amann pastry that was flaky and rich. I had the apricot one and it was the perfect amount of filling.

An Amelia Island must! True quality that tastes as good as it looks. Cupcake selection changes daily. We came in a few times over the course of a weekend and were able to try many different flavors. The staff were very friendly and helpful when making decisions. We were treated with such kindness and a genuine desire to match us to our perfect treat. A member of our group is a professional baker and she was impressed with the quality of fondant work on display as well. The macaroons were perfect treats to take home for loved ones. Next time we'd like to try the egg creams and pastries as I am sure they are incredibly delicious. We will be back and we'll bring more friends.

My family and I went there for my Birthday and We were amazed at the Macaroon and Cupcake choices..We got. The Almond Joy. The Hostess and Cotton Candy cupcakes also a slice of the Italuan Flag Cake Cheesecake and crumb cake ALL of them were Truly Scrumptious and the. Gentleman that helped us was Amazing this will be our go to Bakery for sure. Next time...Ice Cream!

Nana Theresa went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter had a Wonderful experience. She LOVED the unicorn milkshake that Nicole made for her & the mermaid and unicorn cupcakes were unbelievably beautiful and delicious. My mom and I loved the almond croissant and the Kouign Amann was heavenly. Everything we had was fantastic! Can’t wait for our next trip to Amelia Island and Nana Theresa’s!

I don't have the words to describe how awesome this place is. Every time we come here, I get something new, and everything has been delicious! The service is so friendly and the interior is cute. I highly recommend their macarons, cake slices, cupcakes, and cookies. I love how there is always something new to try!

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service at Nana Teresa's. I placed a last minute order of cupcakes for my brother's birthday. The representative I communicated with helped me choose the best options and made paying super easy and convenient through an emailed invoice. The cupcakes came even sooner than expected and were beautiful. He absolutely loved his surprise and I owe it to the help from Nana Teresa's wonderful staff!

This is a can't miss for us every time we come. Some of the best baked items I've ever had. Their tiramisu is a have to have.

Had a delightful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful deftly answering all our questions. We eventually settled upon a slice of chocolate cherry cheesecake and enjoyed a few moments of pure bliss.

I am so happy with this bakery! I've had cakes from them before and as always they were the bomb dot com. I ordered a cake for bosses day as my boss has never had a cake from here and frankly she deserved one. There was some mixed communication but mainly on my part but the staff was super helpful and friendly and extremely professional. The caked turned out gorgeous! Better than I had imagined and my boss loved it!! I can't thank you guys enough!!!!

Authentic European cakes and baked goods. Made with the best, fresh ingredients, professionally prepared. Definitely worth stopping. It will be difficult not making it a daily stop! The eclairs and coconut cake are excellent!

Really great selection! We love coming to this sweet shop every time we visit. It's so hard not to buy everything in the store though!

Biggest best cookie ever got this one last time

Delicious-looking and tasting desserts! I tried both the carrot cake and tiramisu and both were scrumptous.

Not quite a 5* cupcake/bakery, but close! Cupcakes lacked a little in taste, we had two different ones, the double chocolate was not quite dense enough, the vanilla was a touch synthetic. The other cakes and cheesecakes looked splendid. Coffee was rather watered down but iced tea was excellent. Actual premises were spotless and really nicely done, we were in early, 11am and it lacked any atmosphere.

This is a must-go place when in the area. The baked goods are delicious! I especially liked the key lime tart.

The Kourign Amman has now ruined me for all baked goods ever... It's that good. Housemade sodas mixed to order were a great treat too!

Always wonderful! Whether I'm just popping in to grab a dessert to bring home or taking visitors for a visit, the food is always good. Favorites in our house are the cotton candy milkshake, red velvet cupcakes and - believe it or not - the chocolate chip cookies!

Went there looking for a tasty dessert, instead had mediocre over priced displays. They look good, but you can tell when something has sat in the poor air conditioning environment all day. Had a key lime macaroon, tasted like a dollar store lemon cookie. Nothing really to say good other than the appearance so that’s one star.

I love going down town Fernandina! This was a great place to stop in for a slice of cake after dinner. The staff was friendly and the bakery was busy! I loved the variety they offer here. You can even host a birthday party here. Thanks to the staff for a first great experience here.
